Digital Transformation Executive Director for PT Transjakarta, Gidionton Saritua said the award from Warta Ekonomi magazine was inseparable from the city support and its ranks and all Tije people who had made Transjakarta the proud mode of transportation for the community.

He explained Transjakarta was about to be more consistent in creating integrated and sustainable transportation services towards an intelligent transport company. It was not about physically but also a digital payment system and connectivity to parties collaborating with Transjakarta through the use of technology such as API Management.
He added that currently Transjakarta had implemented the TIJE digital platform which provided digital ticket purchase services, track buses in real time, track routes, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi, free of charge and without quota limits at all Transjakarta bus stops.
"This innovation will continuously achieve a modern, comfortable and safe Transjakarta service," he explained.
According to him, PT Transjakarta together with BUMDs engaged in other transportation sectors such as PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta and PT Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jakarta were collaborating under the control of PT Jaklingko Indonesia.
Through this collaboration, all transportation services in the future were expected to be integrated as a whole, which aimed of facilitating people to move from one mode to another and Transjakarta was in a position to be ready from the digital systems and technology needed in today's highly digital era.
"This award is our motivation to continuously improve and provide maximal services in the future. We want to create new values through corporate transformation and digital transformation," he stated.
As for the information, the award judging process is using media monitoring analysis through content analysis by looking at various positive sentiments that emerged in existing mainstream media and social media, especially from August to December 2020. Other indicators used are publication, innovation and community service.
